We want you to love your Argan Oil Hair Serum. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

How it works
1. Email us at hassdev7@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
2. We'll reply within 48 hours.
3. Once approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement if you prefer.

In most cases, you won't need to send the item back.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost package
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show the funds.
